What the figures are
Each bookmaker record carries a payout figure in minutes. Every one of them is what the operator states, or what several affiliate sites agree the operator states. None came from anybody at this desk depositing money, placing a bet and watching a clock.
That is a real limitation and it is not a fatal one. A published figure is a commitment the operator has made in public and can be held to, which is more than an unpublished one, and it is comparable across books in a way an anecdote is not.
The one that is worse than published
One book on our list is admitted on a figure that is not published at all. It is an editor’s estimate, set at the middle of the market because nothing else existed, and the shared record marks it as such.
It stays on the list because the rule is applied to the fact base as it stands rather than to a version of it we would prefer. It is flagged on the row, on its own page, and on the payments table, because a shortlist that admits on a number and then hides that the number was guessed does not have a rule.
What we would need to change this
Ghanaian accounts, Ghanaian mobile money numbers, real deposits and a log. Several of the operators in this market cannot even be read from outside the country, let alone registered with, so this is not a small piece of work and pretending otherwise on a page would be the same failure in a different place.
Until it is done, every minute figure on this site says whose it is.
